I believe the best decisions are made when you understand the whole picture not just one piece of your life.
My career began with a passion for helping organizations and the people within them work better. With a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and years of experience in operations, leadership, and organizational development, I learned that the success of a business often comes down to something much more human: how people communicate, lead, make decisions, and work together.
Over time, I began to see that the challenges people experience at work don’t simply stay at work. Our careers affect our finances. Financial stress affects our relationships and well-being. Our personal lives influence how we show up at work. And the decisions we make in one area can have lasting consequences in another.

That realization led me to expand my expertise beyond organizational leadership. I became a Certified Life Coach, because I wanted to better understand and help people navigate the emotional and behavioral side of decision-making. Our relationship with money, in particular, is deeply personal. Our experiences, beliefs, fears, goals, and even our careers, which are often our primary source of financial security, all influence how we think about and manage money.
I also pursued financial education and licensing, so I could help people better understand their financial options and make informed decisions about protecting their families, preparing for the future, and building financial security.
Today, I bring these disciplines together to help individuals, families, professionals, leaders, and business owners navigate the intersection of work, life, and finances.
My approach isn’t about telling you what you should do. It’s about asking the right questions, simplifying complex information, understanding what matters to you, and giving you the knowledge and confidence to make decisions that are right for your life.
Learn More. Live Well.
This is more than a tagline; it’s the philosophy behind everything I do. I believe education is one of the greatest investments you can make in yourself. The more you understand your options, your goals, and the decisions in front of you, the more empowered you are to create a life that reflects what matters most to you.
Whether you’re navigating a career decision, growing as a leader, improving your financial future, building a business, or simply trying to figure out what’s next, my goal is to help you learn more, make better decisions, and live well.
Because your work, your money, and your life aren’t separate. Neither should the way you plan for them be.
